Daring Women and Mindfulness
Learn how to incorporate mindfulness into your life. We will be expanding the mindfulness practice to incorporate different focuses such as parenting, leadership and emotions.

Daring Women and Wilderness
Reconnect to the beauty that surrounds us by disconnecting from technology and getting outside. We will be walking, biking, hiking, snowshoeing and trying new things outside of our comfort zone. Check out our schedule and see what we are up to.

Relax, have fun and connect while we try out different wines at various restaurants throughout the valley.

Daring Women and Yoga
Connect to your breath, body and intention. We will be meeting at various yoga venues throughout the valley to expand our minds, bodies and connections with the larger community.

Daring Women and Leadership
Join us to listen to various leaders and speaker who will give insight on creating the best version of yourself and your life. We will have one focus for each quarter and bring in experts to help us on our journeys.

Daring Women and Community
We mentor young women throughout the community with our Daring Young Women program. Meet up with us to discuss the best ways to do this and to engage in activities with the future women leaders of our community.

Daring women are women in the “arena” daring to live their best lives. We are working on living authentically and practicing the 10 Guideposts for Wholehearted Living by Brené Brown. We highly recommend that you read the book “Daring Greatly” to get a more in-depth idea about these concepts, but here are the basics:
We strive to be supportive, compassionate and empathic with one another as we go through the trials and tribulations of life. If you are not interested in getting in the “arena” and being real, this is not the group for you.

Daring Women is not a therapy group nor is it a networking group, although self-growth and connection is a byproduct of it.
